Tech jobs are increasing at a faster rate in several cities far from San Jose and Boston. According to Dice.com, the top city for growth over the past year is Hartford, Conn., which had a 30 percent jump in tech job listings. The second is Cincinatti with a 28 percent growth rate, Miami follows with 24 percent, Pittsburgh at 22 percent, Charlotte at 21 percent and Cleveland at 14 percent. MORE
