Milwaukee

A very user-friendly size, Milwaukee has some attractive features including cultural facilities, river trails, and walkable neighborhoods. It has also seen some progressive moves for new urbanists, including the recent removal of part of a downtown highway. The city, however, is still in need of significant redevelopment and severely lacks adequate mass transportation.
